Group Sessions

Swim Squad

If you are going to choose a key session every week that is a must, then this is it. Are you satisfied with flapping around every season and not improving. Are you still swimming the same times from last year? We improve your swim technique, speed and efficiency. Athletes of all abilities will benefit from training in our group skills sessions where you will be offered expert bio mechanical analysis and swim stroke feedback. These sessions will enable you to become faster and stronger.

Run squad


 

 

From 5km to Ultra distance we aim to Increase speed and stamina with correct technique. Workouts vary from speed and distance to improve muscle endurance and power. We do a number of drills to promote balance and strength of the core muscles which is essential in injury prevention
